It isn’t easy being a nation, Ivan pondered gloomily on his solitary journey to another world meeting. The cold autumn winds rushed again his face and sent the ends of his long scarf blowing in his wake like graceful kites. Instead of his usual cheerful, carefree expression that had become something of an icon, Ivan wore one of heavy burden.
